Enlarged Prostate Diet: Foods to Eat and to Avoid

Enlarged prostate is a normal health occurrence for men 40 and above. When a man’s prostate becomes enlarged, it doesn’t mean that he has a prostate disease such as prostatitis or prostate cancer.
